How to login

To login to consul.cc perform the following steps:

  1. Goto: http://www.consul.cc/.
  2. Click on the "Login" link
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Enter your password when asked. If you don't remember your password you may reset your password.
  5. You may be asked if it is ok to send your credentials to consul.cc, if so click OK or Always.
You will now see your consul.cc membership page.

How to create a login

  1. Go to www.consul.cc.
  2. Click on the "Join" link just right of center in the header.
  3. Read the instructions on the sign up page
  4. Enter your email address
  5. Click the "Sign Up" button. This will take you to the identify.nu site to complete your sign up. If you already have an account at identify.nu, you will be asked for your password and signup will continue at step 13 below.
  6. Identify.nu will ask if you want to create an account with the email you provided or if you want to use a different id. If you decide to use a different id, you will be given an opportunity to enter a new email address.
  7. Click the "create and identify.nu ID" button if your email is correct.
  8. You will see a form where you enter your surname, and complete legal name. Enter them and click the "Create Account" button.
  9. Your account will be created and you will receive an email with your temporary password and a website link. Click on the link in the email.
  10. Enter your email in the form and click "Login"
  11. Enter the temporary password that was sent in the email and click "Login"
  12. You will see the change password page. Enter the temporary password from the email in the "Old Password" field and any password you wish in the "New Password" fields. Then click the "Update password" button.
  13. You will see as page that asks if you want to confirm you identity with http://www.consul.cc/member/. Click on the "Always" button.
  14. You will see your data privacy page. Consul.cc requires access to your confirmation status, surname or family name, legal name, and email. Click the button in the "Allow" column for each of those entries and then click "Save".

You will now see your consul.cc membership page.
